Shipping & Delivery
- • Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
- • Delivery timelines may vary by product, supplier, customs clearance, and courier availability.
- • Tracking is provided when available.
- • Add2Cart Shop delivers across Jamaica.
- • Shipping, handling, customs-related charges, and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Processing Time
- • Orders begin processing once payment is confirmed.
- • Weekend and public-holiday orders begin processing on the next business day.
All sales made through Add2Cart Shop are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed, paid for, or processed.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, specifications, sizes, colors, measurements, compatibility, and pricing before placing an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item Exception
The only exception is if the customer receives an item that is:
- Damaged before delivery
- Defective on arrival
- Significantly different from the item ordered
- Missing major parts or components
The customer must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the item and provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Photos of packaging
- Written description of the problem
Add2Cart Shop will review the claim and decide whether a replacement, repair, store credit, or other resolution is appropriate. Refunds are not guaranteed and are only considered at Add2Cart Shop's sole discretion.
Packaging Notice
Minor cosmetic damage to the outer packaging, such as dents, tears, tape marks, shipping labels, scuffs, or creases, does not qualify for a refund, return, exchange, or cancellation if the product itself is brand new, unused, complete, and functional.
