No Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product details, specifications, sizes, colors, measurements, compatibility, and pricing before completing their purchase.

By placing an order on Add2Cart Shop, the customer confirms that they understand and agree that:

• The order is final.
• The item cannot be returned because they changed their mind.
• The item cannot be exchanged because they ordered the wrong size, color, model, or product.
• The item cannot be cancelled once processing has started.
• Shipping fees, service fees, handling fees, customs-related charges, and delivery fees are non-refundable.

The only exception is if the customer receives an item that is:

• Clearly damaged before delivery
• Defective on arrival
• Significantly different from the item ordered
• Missing major parts or components

To make a claim, the customer must provide:

• Order number
• Clear photos and/or videos of the issue
• Photos of the packaging
• A written description of the problem

Add2Cart Shop reserves the right to inspect the claim and determine whether a replacement, repair, store credit, or other resolution is appropriate. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered at the sole discretion of Add2Cart Shop.

Minor cosmetic damage to the outer packaging, including dents, tears, tape marks, shipping labels, scuffs, or creases, does not qualify for a refund, return, exchange, or cancellation, provided the product itself is brand new, unused, complete, and functional.
